WE will always do what we can to help those living in our communities.
Sometimes we find the best way is to help people to help themselves and that is certainly the case with those engaged on our Employability programme.
This was evidenced when participants at our We Care session, part of our SCORE provision, in partnership with Prince’s Trust England were helped to make a start on their care certificate, essential for all care staff to have.
This was in addition to receiving dementia awareness training and learning about job vacancies with Camphill Village Trust, a facility for adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges and autism, with a view to gaining employment.
