On a day when 84 young people represented the PL Kicks hub sites across our region, it was the team from Hartlepool who came out on top.
Throughout the day teams played in a series of games at the Herlingshaw Centre and took part in a workshop held by Cleveland Police which focussed on where and when to ride bikes safely, where not to ride them and the danger levels concerned.
