WE have enlisted the services of a company called Bag 2 School to help raise funds for the Foundation and this is where you can play your part and at the same time have a good clear out this week.
Bag 2 School, just like the vast majority of charity bags that drop through your door, are after: Bags, bedding (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) belts, curtains, handbags, hats, household linen, jewellery, men’s ladies’ and children’s clothing, lingerie, paired shoes (tied together or elastic band around), scarves, socks, soft toys, ties and towels.
The difference is this time the more they weigh the more we as a Foundation get paid. There is no limit to the amount you can bring in so please get your family and friends involved too.
Your bags can be dropped off at the stadium TODAY Thursday July 8th between 12pm – 6pm and between 8am – 9am on Friday 9th.
Bags 2 School will collect the bags on Friday at 9am.
Please Note: No MFC/MFCF branded kit including training or workwear should be included.
We DO NOT accept: Blankets, carpets, cushions, duvets, mats (including bath, shower and toilet) pillows, rugs, school uniforms, soiled painted ripped or wet clothing, textile off cuts, yarns or threaded material.
The drop off point will be at the South Stand at the Riverside. This can be accessed via Dockside Road and there will be full signage and directions.
