We are indebted once more to the management and staff of Middlesbrough College for hosting what was the third annual business football tournament raising funds for Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation.
A total of 31 teams entered, the weather stayed fine and competition was fierce.
We were knocked out in the quarter-finals by Middlesbrough College who would go on to lose the final 2-0 as Natara ran out winners.
But the real winners on the day were the communities of Teesside who, through us, will benefit in different ways from the £7,832 raised through entry fees and raffles on the day.
Thank you to every team who took a day off work to take part and to each and every person who played a part in making the day such a success.
