MFC Foundation have teamed up with Marvel Universe LIVE! to give young football fans from Teesside a brilliant opportunity and channel their inner super hero at the same time.
Around 70 footballers who attend one of the free Premier League Kicks training sessions across 13 sites throughout the region, have been chosen to see the live action stunt show Marvel Universe LIVE! at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena on November 21st.
MFC Foundation Social Inclusion Coordinator Claire Streeter said: “It’s fantastic for MFC Foundation’s Kicks programme to be working with Marvel Universe LIVE! We are always striving to offer young people from our local communities unique opportunities and this allows us to do just that.”
Claire added: “Young people love super heroes and sometimes they see footballers in that light too. Great initiatives like this bring the two together.”
