THE weather gods blessed us with glorious conditions for our annual golf day which this year was sponsored by Mandale Group and held at the the excellent but challenging Rockliffe course which was in excellent condition.
Helping to raise money for MFC Foundation 15 teams took part, enjoying breakfast to start, a two-course meal at the end and plenty good (and some not so good) golf in between.
There was a chance to win a Vauxhall Corsa, a prize sponsored by Evans Halshaw Teesside, sadly no-one managed that feat.
The overall winners in a keenly-contested and very close competition were Sixth Star Media, just ahead of Wilton Engineering, with Close Protect Security a close up third.
