Following the outstanding success of the inaugural Kitchen Therapy Project in Middlesbrough, the programme is to be set up in Brotton.
An all-welcome introductory event at the renowned Hunley Hall in between Brotton and Saltburn this Wednesday will outline the aims and ambitions of a project that seeks to help people suffering with mental health issues.
Chef Matei Baran, a quarter-finalist in the acclaimed BBC series MasterChef, will run the course which, while helping people with what could be a range of mental health issues, will develop skills in the kitchen that could be so deeply hidden no-one knew they were there in the first place.
If you think you could benefit, or know someone who would, why not go along to Hunley Hall this Wednesday, December 11th at 12 noon for an informal chat with Chef Matei?
