IT was another rewarding day as our Girls Only holiday course took on an international feel.
After a morning of training drills and small sides games at our Herlingshaw Centre, participants were joined by Middlesbrough Women’s Ella Baker and Ruby Cook for the afternoon session.
This included watching England’s Lionesses rout China 6-1 in their final group game in the Women’s World Cup and set up a last 16 game against Nigeria on Monday (8.30am UK time).
Midfielder Ella and goalkeeper Ruby were joined by our own Maz Wieczorek, the first woman from Middlesbrough to represent her country at football.

Girls Only aged 5-14. 7th, 15th and 21st, 10am-3pm. £12 (except the 21st when the session is free)
Goalkeepers aged 5-13. 11th and 18th, 10am-12 noon. £6
Train Like A Pro aged 5-13. 8th, 14th and 23rd. 10am-3pm. £12
