THIS year marks the 15th anniversary of PL Kicks, a social action initiative for 8-18-year-olds.
MFC Foundation is marking the anniversary with two events, the first of which was a hubsite tournament held at our Herlingshaw centre between the sites that normally hold their own sessions through a Monday to Friday week, added to which was a presentation outlining the dangers to every one of knife crime.
The presentation was enlightening and well received, the tournament was won by the group representing the Herlingshaw, with the group from Skelton presented with the Fair Play Award.
