HH Properties A Welcome New Friend Of The Foundation

MFC FOUNDATION is delighted to welcome HH Properties as a Gold Member in their Friend of the Foundation initiative which raises vital funds for the organisation.

Owner Peter Hall was born in Middlesbrough. He knows the area, knows the people and knows the difference the Foundation is making. He wanted to be a part of that impact.

Peter, pictured here with Roary at the Ayresome Gates, went to St. Thomas More Primary School on the edge of Easterside before joining Newlands FCJ seniors. It was during his teen years that Peter started developing a passion for boxing and business.

Peter boxed in the novice ABAs which led to him being picked up by the England select team, going on to fight in countries across Europe. It was Peter’s drive to be successful in business and property, allied with the discipline he fine-tuned in the ring, which led to him hanging up the gloves in his early 20’s.

Peter bought his first buy-to-let property at the young age of 18, paying only £15,000 on a 100% mortgage, he has gone on to build a property portfolio and has been involved in many regeneration projects across Teesside and laterally, the continent.

Today, Peter works on many charitable initiatives, consults with developers across Teesside and Europe and offers business advice and investments to a wide range of start-ups and established businesses alike.

The main projects Peter is working on at the moment are Harrison House-a brand new 10 story Luxury Student Accommodation on Borough Road in Middlesbrough and work on what was previously Fat Katz night club and The Princess Alice which is being converted into a 56-room contractor’s accommodation in South Bank.

Peter also has a number of holiday lets in Marske, Skinningrove and Loftus. All 30 apartments are metres from the beaches.

Another Teesside success story, Peter has helped the make an impact in Teesside’s communities and now he’s helping the Foundation do the same.
