Great North Run – 12th September 2021

THE Great North Run is the world’s largest half marathon with around 57,000 determined and dedicated runners embarking on the famous 13-mile route from Newcastle to South Shields every year in what is a truly iconic event.

It’s an event famous for its warm North East welcome, unbeatable atmosphere and the millions raised for good causes.

Individual places for 2021 are not currently available, but you can secure a number through MFC Foundation.

It’s a great event for everyone, whether you’re after a personal best or wanting to be part of something special.

A seasoned runner or a first-timer, we will be with you every step of the way. If you don’t want to run yourself, why not encourage staff, friends or family to run on behalf of MFC Foundation?

Why choose MFC Foundation?

By running for MFC Foundation you’ll be allowing us to continue working in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Teesside, engaging with those who are hard to reach through the delivery of inspiring sport, education, health and inclusion projects. We have and will continue to aim to offer as much practical help and support as we are able, to our communities and where needed, beyond. We are all still working in difficult times and facing unprecedented challenges.

As part of our team you’ll receive fantastic support from the moment you sign up all the way until you cross that finish line. We’ll provide you with:

  • MFC Foundation running vest or t-shirt that you can wear with pride
  • Dedicated training guides
  • On-hand support from our dedicated fundraising team
  • An online fundraising pack to help you smash those targets

Don’t miss out – join our team at the Great North Run 2021 today!
