Monday morning: Gather (safely) at the Riverside and assemble food packages
Monday afternoon: Distribute packages and parcels around Teesside.
That’s the way it’s been for a few weeks now and it’s the way it will continue to be for MFC Foundation Staff as long as we are able and it is safe to do so.
Staff were at the Riverside Stadium once again this morning, preparing and distributing food parcels for those who need support at this time.
Thanks go to Tees Valley Community Foundation who provided a grant of £1,000 to enable us to purchase the food.
One of the organisations who received some of the packages was Middlesbrough Food Bank, supported by the Trussell Trust.
Attendees at the Food Bank have quadrupled during this crisis so donations are needed more than ever.
