WHAT a start to the weekend!
Thank you to everyone who made our Fizz Friday fundraising event such a success.
Sponsored by Nanny Bears Day Care nursey and hosted by BBC Tees presenter Rachel Teate, the afternoon was full of fun and laughter, bubbles and an excellent afternoon tea, an award-winning comedian Elaine Robertson, quality singer/entertainer George Williamson, a ‘just for fun’ Las Vegas-style black jack table and roulette wheel and a fancy dress selfie booth provided by Vegas Entertainment Hire.
The room heard from Head of MFC Foundation Lynsey Edwards, Ben Fisher, general manager of Middlesbrough Women, one of their players Abby Tower and from Maz Wieczorek, the first lady from Middlesbrough to play football for her country. Maz now works for the foundation.
