Jamie Pell, MD of AM Training, takes up the story: “AM Training was created through a passion to support more people in our region find their purpose through gaining employment.
“We firmly believe that the vast majority of unemployed people do want to find work, but simply need help with their confidence through a nurturing training approach and building self-esteem. Our trainers are second to none and work in exactly this way.
“Gemma is one of many of the local community we have worked with that proves our approach to those using our view on employability training works.
“We are absolutely delighted with her progress from joining us on day one to now loving working at The Riverside Stadium, and not only that, but finding other work through her own determination and drive.
“We are all very proud of you at AM, Gemma!”
