The Foundation supports young people aged 11-18 years old through key periods within their lives, this may be moving from primary to secondary school, returning to a full-time timetable, struggling with attendance or moving to college.
Working alongside Middlesbrough Council to identify and help those most in need, we have been able to make a difference to so many families.
