This is the third time the logo of the Foundation has been emblazoned on the front of the Boro Women's shirt, raising the profile of Middlesbrough FC's independent charity.
As you would expect from a Foundation takeover fixture, we will have a strong presence at the MAP Group Stadium when Boro Women take on Loughborough Lightning.
Prior to kick-off, there will be a flag parade including participants from Guisborough, Skelton and TIBS junior teams, together with participants from the Foundation’s Education sessions and Premier League Kicks programme. Those groups will then form a guard of honour for the players as they take to the field.
Foundation staff will be on hand to answer questions about our work. A small showcase of our programmes has been readied for half-time via small-sided games and a penalty competition.
On Monday, the match-worn shirts will be auctioned off, raising vital funds to support our ongoing work. Details of the auction will be published on Middlesbrough FC Foundation's social media channels.
It's a huge gesture from FDJ United, and we'd like to extend our sincere thanks for supporting the Foundation, helping highlight our life-changing work across Teesside for people of all ages.
